Just opened a lovely gift from my parents which was written by you!

Had a quick scan for 10 minutes and must say that it looks excellent.

I bought a copy of this book a month ago, it has been invaluable in the help for searching for a DB9.

Thank goodness you are keeping the DB9 Michael, it wouldn't have been the same adding " ex-Aston owner now sleeping with an Italian", to the intro!

Cayman there are 8 pages dedicated to the V12V, but there are dozens more that are fully relevant (VH platform - V12 - interior fit and function - transmission/steering - options - colours - inspecting - focus on CCM brakes - an owners V12V etc etc).

Plenty to keep you interested, plus loads on common parts to all Vantage range. You will not regret buying it.

Yes! Not actually mine but another Mako with red interior. At the time of buying mine there were only 4 in Mako in the UK so that one may have been the first. Would love to know what number chassis it is!

Yes, its chancellor red interior. There are loads of pictures of this car on google as it was Aston's V12V launch car methinks.

Just by lowering that plate one single inch would make that picture even more fabulous than it already is smile

Lovely interior just may be too much red on the dash for me. Wouldn't never have put that with Mako!
