Got my car back from Trinity last night, not only was the work I wanted done carried out faster than I expected, the car was gleaming inside and out, the minor scuff on the front bumper was disappeared and Tim took over an hour (after close of business) explaining the work they'd done, what the issues were and showed me the knackered parts.
Very impressed with the service quality, enthusiasm for the cars and the attitude towards getting the job done well. I will be back for my 6 year service later in the year.
I'd certainly recommend for anyone in striking distance of Cobham / Surrey.

I must have left right befoire you got there Kris 
Dropped my DB9 to him for a couple of days to fix some minor issues and replace discs and pads all round. Same experience for me, must have been gone 6:30 before I left and the car was spotless inside and out and as usual a full comprehenisve breakdown of all work carried out.

I got there at 18:35 - literally just missed you by the sounds of it! The issue wasn't too scary, you could tell it was going to happen, still driveable - just a bit of a handful Tim did explain the issue you had, sounds scary?!

Plus, in the past the car has managed to find a few new minor marks on the paintwork, cleaned and waxed by idiots with poor quality products, so now mines had a full respray I am not likley to take it back there.
Mine now has a sensor issue with the exhaust system and even though this will probably be covered under the warranty, for complete peace of mind that the car is in good hands and will come back fixed and with no additional scars I will be having the work carried out at Trinity. regardless of some additional costs having not used the warranty....
Its nice to know that there is a place you can still go and get the top quality service you would expect to be associated with Aston Martin.

Popped the car into Trinity today for suspected emmissions sensors in need of replacing.....
No faults with the sensors happy to say, but a bit of an eye opener as to what they did find....
Back before my car was resprayed it had a fuel leak, each time i filled the car up it would just drip from underneath and scary enough real close to the exhaust, after a fuel top up the car would spit and fart for about a mile and then sort itself out...
Needless to say I booked it straight into main dealer as car has extended warranty, well after they stripped out to inspect, filled the car up and then ran it, they could not find any fault and let me pick the car up.
From that point I did one more fill up and it did the same again... drip, spit & fart....
When the car came back from the re spray the problem had mysteriously OK'd itself... So forgot about it.
So today when Tims guys had a full investigation they found that the fault was that same fuel leak, but now had gotten worse and even more dangerous... They looked in the same place as the main dealer who had missed the leak and the fault...
I cannot tell the difference between a spanner and a screw driver and even I could see where the fuel was leaking from.. A bit worrying...
I have been driving a potential fire bomb on wheels
Tim informed me that the car was not safe to drive and would need repair before driving.... After a call to the main dealer who had looked at the leak problem maybe twice now, came back with... Leave the car at Trinity and the work can be done under warranty.. Good news!!!
Then a call from Tim a few hours later saying that the warranty under writers saying that this would need to be confirmed...
Fingers crossed...
A massive thank you to Tim and his guys today... Oh and an even bigger thank you for the drive out in a stunning DB5!!! What a car and a rare opportunity to get into one of those cars...

His Dealer returned his car without reconnecting the self-leveling mechanism for the headlights.

It really could have been an accident just waiting to happen!!
Yay.... Car back yesterday all fixed.
No fuel leaking, no throttle interfearance and feels a lot smoother and more responsive, car was gleaming clean for me when I picked it up..
All the internal fuel pipes inside the fuel tak had perished which was allowing fuel to into places it shouldnt and then causing the fuel to leak out of a filter under the rear wheel arch.
So now all the internal fuel pipes have been replaced with much higher quality items, that used in the formula 1 cars, non Aston parts used just in case the same happens a few more years down the line..
I wonder how many other cars are suffering the same problem?? I only noticed mine leaking by complete chance!!
And I am furious that the main dealer didnt spot the problem when I took it in there...
My car will go no where else from now on, not unless it is a huge bill warranty issue, in which case I will have no choice.
I cannot praise Tim and his guys enough, this is the first time ever with any of the cars I have had has been in garage for work for a few days, where the owner sent a text and made a phone call after working hours to let me know on progress with the car...
Really is 1st class service....

Surely this is not a common material fault Burntout ??Does your stealth edition perhaps run on more corrosive jet engine fuel or something similar?
Never used Trinty for servicing, but have heard good things of Tim and his team. And Tim has always struck me as a decent chap when we have chatted face to face.
Certainly somewhere I would consider (although, as said on other tread, i am very happy where i am at the moment on that front)
