If the dealer's dealt with it satisfactorily, why bother? s
t happens, it's the way it's handled that's key.
What do you wish to gain from escalating up to AM HQ?
Do you wish any negative action against the dealer?
I'm fairly sure someone has posted the customer services details at Gaydon on here in the past, so a search might elicit it. Or you could just address a note to Customer Services/Relations at Gaydon. But make sure you know what you want to achieve clearly first

An email to customer services is the way to go , simply explain the issue sensibly.
I had an issue i wasnt happy about and the response from AM customer services was quite superb. They assisted as go between with the necessary parties and my issue was solved.
I personally think the 'extra weight' of customer services helps focus the mind at the dealers.

I would speak to the dealer. Confirm to them that you have been happy with their service but you would like to express your disappointment directly to AM. I'm sure the dealer would point you in the right direction.

if you want a reliable car buy a porsche!
One of the ones that had catastrophic engine failure due to IMS on the M96/M97 engines? Or a different Porsche? Perhaps the one with a constantly leaking RMS. Yeah, one of those.
