V8V Rattle and Panel removal

Gents
I have a V8V roadster and the box behind the passenger seat is loose. The lower one that has the bass sub woofer in.
One of its screws is rattling and driving me mad. The offending screw appears to be behind the right hand upper panel. So how do I get to the mountings of this box and how can I remove the upper panel without doing damage?

I had a similar predicament with a screw in my passenger door McMcMcMcMcMc.

Then I went for a drive with Mikey K, Quinny and Ash - and all that throwing the car round somehow stopped the rattle.

Any way you can blast it into a secure corner through volume level and a spirited drive?
