I'm off to le mans in June. Intending to travel down on the Friday and back on the Monday. On the return leg I need to be in Calais by 10:30 on Monday morning so will probably travel half way to Rouen on Sunday evening.
This is my first driving trip abroad and would you believe to France !!! Looking for some advice on where to stay in Rouen. Secure parking is number one on my list of priorities. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be most grateful.

Thanks

Richard.

My priority would be parking so that I didn't get caught in traffic, Rouen is awful! Stay slightly out of town and the safe and secure parking takes cars of itself. Then you can zoom off in the
morning, after LM weekend the last thing you'll want is another night out anyway. A comfy bed and shower will be priority number one smile

I'm staying at the team Langoustine site with Pommehogster and Bamford Mike and the chap building my engine, Bruce. Going to be a hoot, racing, errrm, I mean driving down with Ben smile Depart Portsmouth Weds, overnight boat to Caen, then Caen-Portmouth overnight Sunday, arrive Monday early o'clock.

Can't wait. Traditional Aston owners meet at the champagne tent at midnight?

Beware that leaving the circuit for about 4 hours after the race is merde.

+ 1 for avoiding Rouen! Stop a little further north if you can, even if only by ten minutes. You will be thankful in the morning.
