Poorly DBS

Being recovered today with bottom end rumble.

Anyone ever experienced problems?

I'm going to miss her, but when she comes back she's in for some pampering

I understood the engines are pretty bullet proof! How many miles on the clock? Has she recently been serviced?

Can you describe the symptoms in a bit more detail?

Who is carrying out the work? AM or an indipendant?

Never heard of a poorly DBS. Unless its caused by the oil level being too low?

I'm over cautious it was just exhaust and inlet manifold! Was worried for a minute.

Note to self: check oil level tomorrow!

So what was wrong with the manifolds? Did they need replacing with BR ones

They showed me 3 other DBS and 2 of these are fresh delivery un-registered, all three between 2700-3500 sound like they are rattling/knocking. Apparently it's something to do with the inlet manifold and it's just a noise they make.

Must admit I thought ( what a load of b@@@@ks) but after hearing the other cars, OK.

Silver it's done 13k. It's having a service and it's first MOT tomorrow. Good job I took it in though as didn't remember that!
