Popping out to a Bbq today so taking the Aston ....... 140 mile round trip

Tomorrow the roads of Kent and East Sussex for me, a slap up Brakfast at the airport cafe Folkestone, or the bikers cafe in Rye, the only question is Amv8 or Harley?

I've had my nieces staying and mildly irritated (as there are two of them) that I couldn't take them around in the Aston :-/

They are the kind of cars you just want to take everywhere (except the tip).

Oh yes and again today. What a buzz. 3rd year of Aston ownership and I still feel the same as the first day of ownership.

I went out at about 9.30 yesterday morning to drop off a DVD it the local Blockbuster, a round trip that should have taken around 20 mins. Got back mid afternoon a tank full of petrol lighter and with a mild case of sunburn. God I love my Aston and the roads around North Derbyshire.

Left hospital yesterday morning after full replacement surgery on my other knee. Its the right one this time so even with the ASM my baby is going to be sitting in the garage poised for action for at least four weeks

Hmmm, I know I'm likely to get killed posting this here,.....but......lately I've been preferring the 430 to the DBS. I hope it's just because of the 'arrival' of summer (spider v coupe). Ferrari is more extrovert and the Aston much cooler so perhaps I'm not such a good bloke as I thought I was!
