condensation inside V8VS rear light cluster

I have just taken my V8VS back to Amersham to have the rear light cluster replaced under warranty due to water on the inside. My car is only 10 months old. Anyone else had this problem??

It is a very common problem with almost ALL Gaydon models. Mine were also replaced under warranty (DBS) and I believe these are "modified" ones, so the problem should no longer occur.

Thanks...they mentioned that they see it quite a lot. You would have thought they could remedy the problem on new cars now. Still love the car though!!

Indeed, especially since modified clusters are there. Maybe they still have a big supply of "old" clusters, and they only replace it when somebody complains........

Both my roadsters did/do this on the outer most section of the light when it is cold and wet
Seen it on a few other cars that have been driven in heavy rain
Will keep an eye on it and add it to my potential warranty issues list
