Vantage wheel nut covers?

Hi,

Apologies for the 'simple' question, but the PH search faility is down yet again.

My wheel nuts seem to have covers on them - is there a knack to removing them?

I like what you did there
I seem to recall they have a chrome or stainless steel cover crimped over the nut
I suspect the material underneath "is not pretty"
Hence the cover
Why do you want to remove them?

I want to take the wheel off, so assumed I needed to remove the wheel nut caps first. Maybe I'm wrong though...thought I'd ask here before I did anything!

Nope just undo them, the covers are crimped on and will stay on the nut when you take it off.
Make sure you do the two stage torque up when you put it back on
