Yorkshire Mini-Meet 12:00 16/06/2012 Hebden Bridge

Ok, so following on from my thread regarding my purchase of my new Morning Frost V12V I have suggested a Yorkshire mini-meet and a couple of you seem interested, so here goes...

Im not thinking this is going to be a huge meet up or indeed an all day thing, nor do I have a 200 mile drive in mind, so Im only expecting local people to turn up really but all are welcome. Phil has PM'd me and suggested Hebden Bridge which seems a good mid point for the two of us and hopefully will work well for Tykes and Lancastrians alike and so that is going to be the location.

So with that in mind I propose 12:00 at a nice pub there with good parking and good grub. We can park up together and take a few pics of our beasties together and enjoy a good petrolhead's natter over lunch and a beer - and enjoy the drive there and back of course!!!

So who's in, and more to the point who can suggest a suitable pub matching the criteria in Hebden Bridge?

Yeah, that looks great to me and seems to have a nice car park! The weather forecast looks pretty poor but who cares! We will be there then at 12:00 on Saturday for a bite, photo and Petrolhead chat!

Well let me know if you do or dont fancy it - I tell you what Im happy to wait until tomorrow evening and see what the forecast is then if you want to abort if the weather is still looks too grim? We are flexible, happy to meet up or postpone to another date.

Although for anyone with car meet's still coursing through their veins the day after on Sunday 17th, were having a meet near Clitheroe.

I'll try to come along since it's only 2 miles from my house. I definitely won't be there at 10am though, I don't think I'll be legal to drive. What time are you there until?

An excellant few hours spent with jolly decent folk at a very wet Hebden Bridge today. The access to the pub was crap resulting in near grounding of expensive front spoilers (1 inch to spare).

I'd like to make this a fairly regular meeting during the hot sunny months(!!!), I know this was abit short notice, so perhaps we can get the Lancs and Yorks owners (plus any others that wish to travel further) together in July?

I can suggest Saturday 14 July with a new venue to be found and if we could get 6 cars that's be good?

Any thoughts/suggestions?
