DB3s What are they worth ?

Spotted a stunning example in liphook yesterday i have never seen one on the road before it was

According to Wikipedia there were 10 DB3s produced and 31 DB3Ss produced so I suspect they're going to be worth an absolute fortune!

Damn - I went through Liphook twice yesterday on my drive down to Goodwood and back in my DB9. Didn't catch sight of that thou!

I think you mean a DB MkIII rather than DB3? DB3 and DB3s were not road cars, they were racers.

DB 2/4 Mk.III, as featured in the novel Goldfinger, I expect he means. A small fortune, assuming that it is not a wreck. Over £100k anyway I should think. A DB3S, on the other hand, was Aston's answer to the Jaguar D-Type. An original DB3S has to be over a million. Back in the day, I saw them advertised in Motor Sport for £8k.

I thought it was a DB2/4 Mk II that was replaced by simply the DB MkIII?

In Goldfinger he drove a 'DB III' which doesn't really exist

Nobody will believe this but I have a client called James Bond who has his own street in Lutterworth called Bond Street where all his mates park their caravans. I suspect Jimmy as we call him could easily afford a One 77

It was a db3s and looked perfect
