My cars been eaten!

Fortunately NOT the Aston.
Our Alfa has been parked outside the house in the same spot for the last two years.
Came home last Friday evening to find a front mud flap lying in the drive next to the car.
Closer inspection reveals the other side mudflap also partially detached, the little aerio flaps in front on the wheels pulled off, including damage to the wheel arch liners and the big give away teeth marks all along the front "splitter".
WTF??
The car has been eaten by dogs.
And we don't own any!
It just goes to show that no matter how precious and fastidious you can be about your car there is always something waiting to trip you up.
Anyone got any more bizarre car damage stories to cheer me up?

Don't think we've got peacocks in the garden.... thank god!
Needless to say, Colditz style defences will be incorporated over the coming months to deter the smaller mammals.
Then we'll just have to worry about giraffes and elephants.
Yeah Pete....My brother left his keys in his BMW whilst getting a paper from his corner shop in Cheshire in May.....next time we see it 2 months later and it has shrunk to half it's size with puddles inside !!!
The following week we came into work and the van exhaust was lying on the floor underneath it - with the nuts neatly piled up - minus the catalytic converter.
This was 2 weeks prior to the Great Flood and Great Fire (Mikey had a good laugh at the damage last week !!).
You sure somebody hasn't been after something underneath the car ??

Phil you had better rig up an electric fence around yours. Correct, my neighbour.Alan, next door to me, has a family of urban foxes living at the bottom of his garden - completely harmless to the cat etc but not sure about the chicken the Romanian guy has started keeping next-but-one to you

My parents neighbours have a peacock and he absolutely hates their blue car! We have to shoo him off the drive way if they want to use it as he waits by the garage door some days as he know where his nemesis sleeps. (It is a megane so for me I should lock him in there).
He came over the fence making one hell of a noise last year and our neighbours bouncy lab pup came around the corner with a mouthful of feathers as he'd been having a stand off with their mini. He is the local asbo! I should get a camera set up on him
Anyway back on topic..... bloody dogs!
