Any photos of orange Vantages?

I have decided to sell my F355 and am intending to buy another Vantage - this time a roadster. My previous coupe was Meteorite silver and was my daily work car. This time I am intending to use the Aston as an occasional work car and Ferrari replacement, so I am considering a more adventurous colour

Very interested to see photos of any shades of orange that are available and any other unusual bright colours. I had hoped that the bright colours would also mean a bargain price, time will tell..

True, but not sure that is a cunning plan... I'd hope a marmite colour would be less expensive than a popular one and then I'd have to pay for a wrap as well (which I don't like in any case )

Thanks, only one type of orange shown, but some great alternatives too. I love the Mako and the Tour de FRance blue looks much better on an Aston than a Ferrari in my opinion...

Hopefully Boshley's not looking, but I'm not sure these "out there" colours suit the V8. They detract from the curves of the car IMO.

White looks good. As does Toro red, the aubergine coloured car posted recently looked cracking, as did the TdF etc...but yellows and oranges look like they're trying too hard to be a Lambo.

Notax - you've had that 355 for a fair while. The V8's a good replacement for one of the best Ferraris ever made...but you will have slight pangs each time you see one once it's gone

Hi Murph, thanks for your post - as you may remember it is thanks to you that I bought my first Vantage I was at the time considering an XKR or 997 and you pointed out that a Vantage wasn't that much more... all the excuse I needed

I have to say, that I agree with you re colours in respect of the coupes, but think there is more scope to be adventurous with a roadster. As this one will be a replacement for my lovely 355 I'd like the car to stand out just a little bit!

You are right about the 355 pangs, this is my second and I may well buy another in the future. Although next time I won't buy one as immaculate as the one I am now selling - it is really too nice for me. I prefer a car I feel comfortable ragging around a track and whilst I did that with my first 355, this latest one is just too good to subject to that use. I've owned it since 2009, will be very sad to see it go (it's on Autotrader at £51,995 if you would like a peek)but am looking forward to getting another Vantage I'd love an aubergine one but I imagine that would be a rare beastie to track down...

Flame orange looks lovely - but it appears to be V12 only and due to my rallying activities my pockets are sadly not that deep... Does anyone have any photos of Karusell Orange mentioned above? I'm sure I've seen a burnt orange coloured one before but not sure of the name of the colour. I would probably only be able to afford a 2007-2009 car, so suggestions of colours from that vintage would be ideal...

It's only on the N400
It is flat orange rather than metallic
IIRC there is a roadster for sale in the ads now

Thanks, I couldn't find the advert though? I won't be in the market until the Ferrari has sold and will probably wait until the winter, when I hope there won't be much demand for a brightly coloured convertible AMV8...

Montana Orange is very nice too, only seen it on a one off V12V though.


Magagascar Orange is very nice too


If you're not set on orange and just want a bright colour, look out for Sunburst Yellow, Viridian Green and Cobalt Blue too
