Hi all went to Stradstone in Cardiff the other day to have cruise control fitted to my V8V,
I would like to thank Richard and the rest of the staff for their help and advice and general friendlyness, can't fault them.

Glad you had a good experience - regretably not mirrored for me in my first service encounter with Stratstone cardiff last week.

I m still waiting for even an acknowledgement from the Dealer Principal to my complaint that I couldnt resolve with the Service Mgr. And that after it took 5 days & 3 ( unreturned) phone calls to even get the car booked in in the first place

Unlikely i ll be back

Just out of interest, What was your issue with them?

My issue was that they assured me that although a rear led light was faulty the brake light was fine- i stupidly didnt check for myself & drove the car home in an illegal condition, risking 3 points etc.

I just get the feeling that wouldnt have happened at BR! !
