There are some curves that don't show very well in the photo - if you look carefully, you can see the front strips from an Aston grille

If anyone is interested, Dave mainly does automotive - furniture (tables with engine blocks, bar stools with wheels for bases, etc), car sculptures with one, 3 or multi strips of metal, racetracks, etc. I'd not ordered from him before but loved his stuff so was waiting for inspiration, then along came my V12VR order

He'd not done an Aston before but done lots of other cars - once I saw the CGI, I asked for carbon finish, silver for the rear lights, red to signify the seats/rear leather humps and a more pronounced rear spoiler in keeping with the V12. He does them smaller and larger (up to 1/1) - mine is 1/8 and will be 350-400mm long - I think his prices are very reasonable and it will give me something to drool over whilst waiting for delivery of the real thing
