LED interior lights& rattle from rear parcel shelf.

Just fitted the LED lights (8 of them) into my DB9 interior, WOW what a difference. Those in the c pillar were a bit fiddly, as holders pushed throught the hole, so I had to remove rear seat backs to get behind the lamp holders. well worth the hassle though!!

The rear parcel shelf has an annoying rattle, I want to get underneath it from the boot to try & pack some foam under it to support it, it does not seem attached to anything where it meets the rear window.
Does anyone know if I can get under the the parcel shelf from the boot? Also how does the trim come way, the back plastic retainer/rivet things are real hard to pull out, do they pull out or twist?

Any help would be apprciated.
