Any Rapide or DB7 GT owners out there?

Morning all,

I'm compiling some buying guides for a range of V12-engined Astons for evo magazine, and I'm having the devil's own job finding owners of either a Rapide or a DB7 GT who'd be happy to pass on a few words of acquired wisdom to prospective purchasers. Any owners on here who'd be willing to enthuse - or otherwise - about either of these? Should only take a few minutes, and I'd be very happy to do it by either phone or email, whichever suits best.

Delighted to say I've had an email from an ex-owner of a Rapide who's very kindly agreed to help me out. Still looking for a DB7 GT owner (or former owner) who could spare a few moments to share their experiences. Any help much appreciated.

Ex, as in former. Don't think there's anything ominous in it! He kept the car for a year then swapped to something else.

He must have taken a massive hit with the depreciation. I am seriously thinking of buying a used three year old Rapide as a replacement for my DB9 as no other marque rocks my boat!

I had a DB7 GTA for 18 months if that is any use to you. PM if you have any questions etc.

The piece now won't be in the next issue after all - the editor has decided to bump it out of this one - but it should appear sometime this autumn. Will try to remember to tip you off when I hear it's about to appear. Meanwhile, thanks again for all your help.
