Non Silver, or Silver gery blue etc! Lightning Silver

Had a good run out the other day to Derwent Reservoir on the Durham/Northumberland border. Took a few pics which came out showing how important light conditions are with a Lightning Silver car When the suns out there is a distinct blueness to the car, which goes silver grey when the direct sunlight isnt there. I must confess when I first got the car I had only see LS under showroom lighting and got a shock when I saw it in sunshine, but it is, in my opinion, a truly beautiful colour (not that i'm biased of course!)
So, despite the name of the colour, is there a separate colour category for LS car (ie Variable)

Lovely shade - similar to grigio? Love the colour change effect under sunlight. Not at all boring, like mine

It's a lovely colour, I stood looking at one at Lancaster Reading for about 20 minutes from different angles slightly perplexed how one car could have so many colours
