Suspension geometry settings on lowered car.
Discussion
I am planning on fitting 25mm lowered H&R springs on my DB9 Volante, does anyone have any experience of / information of the correct geometry settings with 19" wheels. I can find plenty of info for standard set-up but nothing for lowered, should I keep to factory spec? Does DBS sit lower, if so should I use DBS settings?

Steve - When I recently did my Geo, the 2 basic set ups that confronted me for the DB9 were Standard and Inc Sports Pack.By the sounds of it you are heading for the sportier look.
Just a thought

Thanks Phil, I'll see if I can find SP settings. Not trying to turn it into a street racer- starting with the wrong car for that, I just want to perk it up a little By the sounds of it you are heading for the sportier look.

That must put a damper on his relationship with his girlfriendhttp://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
[sorry, I just couldn't resist ]
Chris's wife is great and looks nothing like a shock absorber
He will tell you it depends on how you want the car to drive and set it up to reflect you wishes.
You could just apply the factory settings for now then start messing once you have "understood" the changes from lowering it
Lowering it will increase bump steer, reduce the damping effect of the shocks and move the centre of gravity
Try to "mess" with one variable at a time so you can make objective decisions on change & effect
