Can quarterlight door pillar be adjusted on V8V

I noticed a few drops of water on the inside of the passenger door after a particularly heavy downpour yesterday. It seems that the upright at the front of the door where the quarterlight is situated is sitting lower than the one on the drivers side and although it is against the rubber seal it is not under the roof trim and so some water is getting in. When the door is opened on the driver side there is a small gap between the top rubber part of this upright and the window when the window drops a bit. On the passenger side there is no gap.

Can this upright be adjusted so that is sits a bit higher?
