B +O audio settings

Just wonder whether anyone can recommend optimum settings for the B+O system. About to start fiddling with the system in my ( new to me) car and would appreciate a recommended starting point. Thanks

Good question, since the B&O has much less richness and deepness of sound than the PRemium (Alpine) system (see other threads about this.....).

But by tuning a little with some settings, it can become "acceptable" for most of us. Since the B&O DSPs are the biggest "problem" (imho), it is best to use a little as possible, so turn off the automatic volume control, set the listening position to Driver, put as little surround as possible, and let the rest stand in the middle positions.

(if there would be a way to bypass the B&O DPSs completely, it would be the "tip of the century" but ok.....)

I don't understand any of that answer, but I use the on/off button quite a lot, and the volume, sometimes the one on the dash, sometimes the buttons on the wheel. Never tried anything else.

But as often as I can I just open the windows and turn the B&O off, nothing sounds as good as that V8
