2012 V8V sat nav time and clock out of sync ?

The sat nav time and the time shown on the car clock are about 2 minutes out of sync.
Can anyone tell me how to correct this, is it as simple as pulling a fuse or something to stop the clock until they are at the same time.
If I change the sat nav to UTC the clock moves back an hour, but it is still a couple of minutes out of sync.
The clock is automatically adjusted by the sat nav, there is no manual method of changing it.

Thank you Astontec1 for the advice, the battery disconnect has fixed the problem for me.
I didn't even loss the radio settings only had to do the window reset.
I wonder how it manages to get out of sync in the first place? I have never used the sat nav but I had noticed the car clock was fast, it was only yesterday evening playing with turning the clocks back I discovered from the handbook that the sat nav controls the clock.
