what's fuel consumption like on v12v's?

coming from porsche world where a gently drive would yield 30mpg. I am not assuming an economical life with a v12v, but trying to have a rough idea.

Fuel consumption will be about as bad as you could imagine as would the fuel consumption of any V12.

Hmmm well Astons are more greedy with fuel than Porsche. My lowly V8 gets around 17 in town, around 28 on a run...... I suspect the V12 will be worse.... ,!

You are lucky to get that... I get less in my V8V both around town and on a run? My average reading is about 16mpg combined.

The V12 consumes more than that whilst stationary.

I used to try and get my 997TT into single figures for the mpg - it was quite a challenge. It's no fun anymore in the V12V

What a strange question! Must have strayed into the wrong Forum! It can't be an Aston V12V he is talking about. Must some sort of Eco vehicle by one of those Japanese car makers!
