"If you thought adrenalin and relaxation were mutually exclusive, think again. This trip has something for everyone. Amazing drivers’ roads contrast with relaxing hotels and beautiful scenery. You’ll be supported by tour managers who lead and chase the group and be able to relax and relive the days events at dinner in the company of other equally enthralled petrolheads. This trip is aimed as much at couples looking to enjoy the trip as it is for the dedicated driver. There’s no pressure on you, drive at your own pace either behind the tour leader or hang back with the chase car, it’s our job to help you make the most of this trip.
One way Eurotunnel crossing – Folkestone to Calais.
One way Ferry (2 berth outside cabin) – Santander to Portsmouth.
7 nights hotel accommodation with dinner and breakfast included.
Two experienced tour managers in two cars to lead and chase.
Loan of Tomtom with all routes pre-loaded.
Loan of powerful, licensed walkie-talkies.
Drivers packs with route notes, maps and useful information.
Lunches, food on the ferry, drinks, tolls, fuel and European breakdown cover (for your own peace of mind this a requirement on all tours).
A £500 deposit is required per person to secure your place(s) on this tour.

For those who don't know what the heck Rob is on about (show of hands?
) head over to the Petrolhead Nirvana site I showed this to my wife and we would love to have come along. However we have the responsibility of children which means we have a few years yet before the freedom to do such trips is there. The JLC trip is pushing the boundaries and you wouldn't believe the organisation happening in the background in our house to make that trip possible for us. Perhaps I should have mentioned it to my wife before starting to organise it

Your poor wife Simon! I hope she is understanding? I spent countless sleepless nights just planning the Welsh Borders run last year so heaven knows what planning for Geneva is like for you!Looks like you are in for a fantastic trip
Alpine South is just one of Petrolhead Nirvana's tours - have a look, maybe there's something else on the list that would suit you another time. We did Alpine North last year. They also do, amongst others, Wales, Scotland and have just added a shorter trip to France too.

Myself and my mate booked on this for September and I have to say I can't wait. Molly's great write up about previous tours inspired us.
Looks a little like an Aston vs Porsche fest this time with a couple of Ferraris thrown in.
Think I'll need a full cup exhaust on mine to hear it over the phalanx of Bamford Rose pipes !

We've just been talking to Andy, our friend who came on tour last year in his Z4m. He has just, this week, collected his replacement tour car for this year - a GT3 RS just like yours & also in orange on black!
We look forward to meeting you in September - it's going to be an awesome trip
PS Do you know Roger with the racing red Renault who came on tour last year & goes to some of the Ace meetings?

I would say roll on September but there's a whole summer to go before that. Looking outside right now I can't wait for the Spring
