V8V Head Lamp Condensation

Guys, do any of you have a fix to stop my head lamps steaming up when ever it is damp outside?
The car is an 07 Vantage.

I find the problem disappears when I leave the bonnet open after a drive to let the heat dissipate.

So, silica bags is the 'official' answer. That's great.

Until the silica gets saturated. Then you're back to square one.

While looking at other cars, I've seen it so bad, that the inside of the headlight unit has started to de laminate.

just had the air blow out and silica gel bags done on my DB9. Whilst not a long term fix it does actually work!

Mine was free as it was done as part of fixing odds and sods on the car, but I think the dealer allowed time is 30 minutes (I once saw a copy of the service bulletin on the forums and it states estimated time) so it should not be dear, but it did work!

Before I picked my v8v coupe up on Friday evening, I had a brand new v8v roadster on loan for 24 hours with exactly 230miles on the clock. Headlights fully misted up - had the lights on and drove 150miles during the day which partially cleared them. Coupe is not quite as bad, but still has condensation.

It's a feature we pay for I guess, like false neutrals on a Ducati or squeaking hand brakes on a RangeRover.... Annoying and quite ridiculous!

When I send my V8V in for service I had the same problem, they told me to use the silica bags, dealer was Stratstones Wilmslow.
