Help! problems with bluetooth

I have a 07 DB9, with built in bluetooth, I can't get the bluetooth to work, can anyone help please?.

I am using a Blackbery which used to pair up without any problem & worked fine for a few months, then a few weeks ago I noticed its not working. It seemed to be pairing up ok everytime I started the car, but any calls made or receieved are still on the handset & not through the car. If I look at the bluetooth settings on the Balckberry it says it is in handsfree mode!!
I have tried pairing it up a few times & it seems to work, but something is not right. When I go through the process to pair the blackberry & get to entering the pin 1234 into the blackberry, the car tells me pairing is complete, I look on the blackberry & it says 'waiting for Aston Martin', it stays like this always until I turn the ignition off, then it says on the blackberry screen 'connection failed'. I don't understand what is going on!

Has anyone had this problem & can help?

Can you try another phone just to rule out a phone problem?

Disconnect the cars battery for 20 seconds, reconnect then repair phone.
Worth a try.

...and if you haven't already done so, pull the battery out of the bkberry and it'll do a hard reset. The 'phone might be having a thrombo...

Thanks all for your advice. I took the battery out of my Blackberry as suggested, thinking it would not make any difference! But it did & all works fine now!!!
