Recommendations of roads to Disneyland Paris?

Off to disneyland paris in the morning in DB9 with kids. Have a road atlas (old tech) and was trying to see if there was a viable route along some non-motorway roads that was not going to have me driving at 40mph behind a tractor!

We are travelling Euro Tunnel to Calais.

Does anyone have any suggestions for all or part of the route?

That's as good as it gets in northern France no "interesting" roads to speak of

Word of warning!!!!!

The toll road you use to get to Disney uses the time you took the ticket as you enter the start of the toll and the time you reach your exit and pay to calculate your average speed. If its too high, you get referred to the Gendarmerie who await just the other side of the toll pay booth. If you think you've gone too fast pull off at a fuel station for a few minutes.

The timed between tolls has been talked about for the last 15 years at least but does anyone know of it happening to anyone? Its logical but on the long routes there is normally a food or fuel stop needed that will pull the average speed back down.... More of an issue is that the french have added more cameras and the police like to site on the routes heading back to the Eurotunnel to catch the Brits racing for a train. Used to drive across France flat out in my old cars but these days pretty much stick to 140kph to play safe...

+1 I've done 10's of thousands of miles round France - never had an issue and I'm not slow

Sadly gentleman, yes. The toll used to get to Disneyland itself saw me talking with the local constabulary who then kindly took about €80 from us from memory.

Are you sure they didn't just get you with a speed camera / gun in the last kilometer to the toll booth where it is speed restricted?

My French isn't as good as my Germany but she was pointing at the ticket and mentioned time.

Either way Mickey and his friends had more out of my pocket than the police. You have to book a table in the rainforest cafe. Every half hour or so, all the animals come alive. You'll have an epic time.
