What's this colour?

Haven't seen this on a DB7 before, but am interested!

Could be Cumberland Grey, a V8 colour.

My guess would be Cairngorm Grey. The launch colours for the DB7 were named after hills or mountain ranges or somesuch (Cheviot Red, Chiltern Green, Mendip Blue, Cairngorm Grey - and I think there was a silver too).

Oops. Just checked my files. Cairngorm Grey wasn't actually a launch colour. I think it was added a couple of years later, along with Pentland Green.

"In keeping with the DB7's British sports car heritage, each of the colour shades has been named after a range of hills or mountains in Britain. The colour shades, which were specified by the DB7's designer Ian Callum, include Cotswold Champagne, Mendip and Quantock Blue, Cheviot Red, Brecon Anthracite, Pennine Grey, Malvern Silver and ... Chiltern Green."

Could be one of the Ferrari colours. Several DB7's were done with Ferrari paint.

Mine is Canna Di Fucile (703C)

Not too dissimilar to the image posted.

Thanks folks, just realised I hadn't checked the 'reply' box so thought you were all asleep

It's a US car if that makes a difference; what I particularly liked was the warm bronzey look - but had never seen a DB7 in that colour advertised anywhwere. Is it really called 'grey'?

Meantime if anyone has a good late DB7 Vantage Volante in chiltern green, silver or ^^^ for sale please let me know!
