DB9 whats it worth?

Thinking of selling my DB9, its black with black cherry interior, 2005 model, 21k miles, upgraded wheels and brakes but apart from that standard, has the usual extras from new, full service history, car`s in first class condition and looks like its just been driven out of show room, so whats it worth??
Seriously though it'll be a sad day when you sell it. Nice motor, lovely sounding car. 
Gonna try sell it privately if possible, to answer previous questions re brakes wheels etc, i upgraded the original wheels to the spoke type 15 inch which i bought from ebay and had them totally refurbed, the brakes i had the boys at brembo make me a set of two piece bell and rotor type discs which are fitted to the standard calipers, had the car totally re-sprayed by astons and had venture film applied to the bonnet etc

How do you rate the Ventureshield ? Is it worth the outlay ?
Thinking of having it put on the front of my Lambo.
Two quotes, the first from Armourfend in Essex for front apron, headlamps, front wings, bonnet , door mirrors and sills, £1048 plus VAT plus £750 plus Vat to come to Plymouth to fit " as it is a specialised and skilled job." I nearly fell about laughing at that price and told the chap he could go and do the other thing !
Chap in Newport says he will come to Plymouth and fit as above for £699 all in which is much more realistic.
Did you find that after a time the Ventureshield began to look tatty when it actually became damaged through stone chips ?

A beautiful colour but they're right, it is a tough sell... Celeste cars were always 5-10k less when early DB9s were still 60k plus; I assumed I would buy one because of that! It's maybe a bit Hollywood Wives although it's a very classic colour. As it was I got an undesirable green one with an undesirable manual gearbox for about 7k under market rate
Re: venture shield! think its a great product mine looks as good as the day it was fitted makes cleaning easier have no stone damage on my venture shield,would recommend having whole bonnet done, side skirts mirrors etc, most of the companies have pre cut templates which are great, would be rather nervous to fine someone armed with a scalpel attacking my paintwork, also had local `detailer` applied a coating to the car which works well, teflon i think.

Sale to specialist. I'm sure i could have got more from a private sale but dont want the hassle of people looking for faults, wanting to drive it, coming to the house etc..
I tried to px against a new BMW late last year but all they did was go out and look for an underwrite, whioch is the same as selling to a dealer. (Thats how i learnt how unpopular Celeste is when selling)

Well I like the Blue colours so that's two of us. I too dread the idea of selling with the attendant hassle of test drives and the like. I guess the way to value is look for similar year, mileage and spec and price accordingly taking into account dealer cars and their cost which includes warranty etc.
