There was one on track when I did Goodwood... It was a thing of loveliness, the fleck in that paint is stunning.

And yes, the contrast with the vents really does work

It doesn't do it for me... I've actually put a lot of thought into this car as I'm starting to plan for buying a V12V.

Currently I have a tarted up Toro red V8V - clear lights, carbon pack, S wheels, and I love it, so this should be my perfect car - lightweights, B&O etc.

But I think whilst the V8V really benefits from a brighter colour to make it stand out a little, I think the more meaty looking V12V doesn't need it. It's lairy enough, so I like the blacks and greys.

Maybe the colour is just too close for me and because I'm planning on keeping the V8V to continue as a daily and a V12V for the weekends I'm looking for a bigger point of difference. (other than the obvious benefits of a V12...)

Very nice car. I think I know who owned it - an older gentleman approaching 70 if I am not mistaken. He really loved it but thought he needed to slow down a bit.

I have just had a p/x bid on my V12V Hammerhead Nov 2009 and 14k miles car as I am about to change it for an FF.. PM me before it goes to the dealer if interested.

Considered this colour before buying Quantum. Sometimes I wonder if I made the right choice.... I came from a Toro Red V8V and loved that colour, funnily enough it was the contrast on the vents that put me off.

I have changed my mind considerably having seen one in he flesh and will probably look for a newer V12V in this colour
