Full piano black facia on a 4.3L V8V

Hi,
Can a full piano black facia - one that would also encompass the hifi / etc metal component - on a 4.3L v8 ?
I've seen "partial " piano black facia for the satnav and the upper part of the dashboard....but not for rhe metallic section, where all the hifi and "climate" parts are.
According to you, is it possible to do this / habpve this made ? And if so, I'm looking foarward to be pointed in rhe right direction

The 2013 model year cars now have the piano black all the way down the centre console, trinket tray etc.
