Spring price rises?

Just noticed Grange have put the V12V they've been advertising at £72,500 up to £76k. Guess they had a year end or something to try and shift it by, but still seems ambitious to put the price up £3.5k!

The same one, adverts went off a few days ago, now it's back on at the higher price.

I'm sure it'll be some kind of month end issue they had. A lot of the big dealer groups have a holding period for cars...in theory if they don't sell it they have to trade it. Might be that end of Feb was that time and they were trying to avoid the accounting hit....having taken it anyway they are trying to get as much as possible for it again.

it went £77.5k, then after a week or so £75k, then another week it went to £72.5k where it must have been for the best part of a month.

Not like I'm watching V12V prices obviously...

I've noticed the 4.7's increasing slightly.... not seen a car my spec (or half as nice a colour combo imo) within 6k

Wilmslow stuck one up for £81,950 then phoned me to say that if I'm quick they could do a special offer of £84,950.

The V12V and V8S prices are overlapping quite a bit now too, unless you HAD to have an auto, I am unsure why you wouldn't pick the V12 at a particular price mark.

I am hoping that they stick on another £25 K and then offer me a £10K discount.
What a bargain I'd get.
Surely they must realise that's not the way to win hearts and minds.
Most Aston owners are ( I would think ) fairly conversant with current prices.
