Try it when sitting down with your knees bent - easier and much cheaper.

Aha! that's where you're wrong!

I fitted them yesterday at the workshop!
3 hours on one side, 30 mins the second....

Yes the videos helped immensely, thank you!
The first sill took frickin ages! Very tricky getting some bolts out.
But once done, the other was off and on in 35mins.

Does need some polishing-in to match up slightly.
