AM Pistonheads Welsh weekend 12th-14th July

We had a mega week on the JLC Tour and we are looking forward to Mikey K's Mid Wales meet in less than 2 weeks time. Now we need an event to look forward to this summer so I think I have a plan:

I am proposing a 2 night, 1 driving day, event based near to Chepstow to make for easier access from the M4 for all you people who live on the wrong side of the UK!

The proposed dates are:

(For those that can) Meet on afternoon/evening of Friday 12th July

Drive out on Saturday 13th

Dinner together on one or, preferably, both nights (depends how much time you can spare). The hotel I have in mind has the sort of facilities (gym, spa, pool, golf) that will keep other halves interested (should they not enjoy drive outs). We have stayed there and are happy to recommend it.

Friday 12th July
Arrival and Dinner in our Restaurants

Saturday 13th July
Breakfast & Private Group Dinner
Use of Facilities for partners not on the tour

Sunday 14th July
Breakfast & Depart

Reserved Car Parking spaces for duration of your stay.

£169 Dinner, Bed & Breakfast per room per night, based on 2 sharing.
(Group dinner suplements may apply, dependant on menu choice)

If you would like specific details please pm me as I am reluctant to post up too much detail because we wouldn't want to attract too much attention from the crew with blue flashing lights. We were out in the Brecon Beacons playing last weekend and there seemed to be quite a lot of them around
