I want a vanquish 2!!!

Seems the factory has woken up to the dangers of over-producing them...call it the InvestIndustrial impact.....
and whilst Q1 saw the supply chain stuffed with Vanquish.....production will halt until at least Q3.
Maybe just maybe the new owners realise that punishing residuals.....don't enhance long term brand value.
Call it the GM lesson....

Talking to Seb yesterday after he had done a factory visit. He said the production line was pretty much all Vanquish and Rapide. and whilst Q1 saw the supply chain stuffed with Vanquish.....production will halt until at least Q3.

Took bankruptcy to ween GM off some of its more egregious examples of manufacturing push...(e.g. Rental Cars)...but running a manufacturing operation divorced of the product's longer term brand/residual value...is manifestly unwise...and history demonstrates..rather unlikely to generate sustainable shareholder value...and i expect InvestIndustrial to be all about getting that value up.

But I seem to recall the guide on the last tour saying they were going to rotate production every weeks Vantage/DB9 and Rapide/"new model"

Well Jags loose about 50% of their value in the first week and they seem to be doing ok !
Because they have various ranges of mass market models that keep the production line running for the more expensive stuff? I guess the question is, how many cars does jag sell at 80/100k and is that part of their business doing well?So another 4 years then for a 100k Vanq? To long. Need to work harder!
