Some inconsiderate t
t chipped my rear ¼ with a door. I’ve not talked to anyone about it so I don’t know if a ‘smart’ repair would be suitable, so I’d rather talk to a body shop first. After a search on PH panel-wise Addlestone is local and seems recommended.
Problem is the phone number listed doesn’t work. Are they still in business?
Or any other smart repairer/body shop in Surrey that would be recommended?
I know this chipex stuff seems to be getting rave reviews. However I’m not sure it will cut the mustard on this one, as the chip is in quite a conspicuous area.
Cheers

Sorry I should have been more specific in the area. I’m in Staines. Crawley is a bit far, I would hope there is something more local.
I drove past panelwise at the weekend, they were shut on Saturday. However, it didn’t look deserted. Might take a drive by at lunch.
Also had a look for Trinity but couldn’t see a sign for it at the end of the lane. I assume it’s in behind the silos and white buildings by the horsy stuff?

A trip out and Panelwise showed are closed for business. The Merc specialist next door confirmed this. They told me they use LA coachworks round the corner.
I assumed Trinity were only mechanical. However they do paintwork as well. It was a bit far for me on my lunch hour. I’ll get them to have a look another day.

Blimey. Last time I was there they were working on a DB7 Zagato. Not used LA Coachworks, but looked like a generalist body repairer used by insurance companies - i.e. high turnover.I assumed Trinity were only mechanical. However they do paintwork as well. Will have to go to Trinity to look at the paint bubbling
