Having had the V12V for a couple of weeks now, I've noticed a couple of minor rattles, one seems to be the rear view mirror plastic housing and another is coming from the piano black dash area, either fans or side leather struts. Will get dealer to check out next week as she's in anyway, but wondered if anyone else has experienced similar?

Cheers smile

Funnily enough my satnav started rattling last weekend - is there an easy ish cure, or a dealer job, or TADTS?

Not had rattles but have got into the habit of `feeding` the leather interior with `Gliptone` which keeps the leather supple and squeak free. At least once a month I do this making sure I push cream into all leather joints of the interior.

Great tip - thanks Steve! My dash can sound like excited gerbils on a warm day.

This is a pet hate of mine. Drives me mad when my humble company car at a 1/3rd of the price doesn't make a squeak.

Are there any other reliability or areas of concern if buying a V12V ?

Anyone have a direct comparison between the Aston and a F430 ?

Any advice gratefully accepted as I think about joining the club

welcome to the squeak n rattle club...

Mine had many of them since I purchased it in Feb.

Went back twice to Works. Most now sorted under warranty: dismentling dashboard and doors.

I hate these noises with a passion.

Now almost perfect..

yes

Mine had the dash out 3 times, the screen out twice.
Pester the dealer until they are sorted.
Still got a couple to track down on mine frown

same issue here - quite bad squeaks an rattles, especially on british motorways. BR improved the main squeak (coming from instrument cluster) with some foam while they had the car but stillmhave more coming from satnav area and also passenger door (must be around the power window switch - it stops when press against the area)

Really annoys me too - none of my other cars have such bad squeaks and rattles

noise of BR exhaust drones it all out though wink
