You can buy something called a "scram mat" that's designed to go on sofas etc to keep pets off. Battery operated and gives them a shock if they go on it. If the cars on your drive so no one pinches the mat, it may be something to try. Just set up a video so we can see how high the cat jumps

I use a cat-ex spray that keeps them away - I have a car cover though so I sprayed that all over with the stuff to keep them from climbing the cover and scratching the paint when they claw to get a hold...
you probably don't want to spray ON the car itself, but maybe invest in a breathable, water repellent cover? Or spray around the car? Would need to repeat after rain though
