Hello everybody not. Sure if there is something wrong with my car when I have it in sport I have noticed that when I slow down ie when I come to a junction I then accelerate there is not a immediate response it's like some sort of lag is it me or is there something wrong with the car any advice would be gratefully appreciated

Some more info might help!

What car is it? Has it always done this, or is it new behavior?

It it's new that implies it's a fault of some kind, but it seems strange.

What makes you think it's the clutch?

Have you done clutch learns? Very important or you may suffer issues with clutch engaging.

I think the acronym is TADTS.

The sportshift box (I have one, 2008) thinks and reacts with all the urgency of a continental drift and if you roll up to a roundabout and manually knock it down to (say) second gear, as you sometimes may have to slow even further, the gearbox decides first would be more appropriate and in true chelonian style, proceeds to downshift you, so rather than blow the engine up in neutral when you press the accelerator, the car waits until first has been selected and then consents to move.

I've been caught out at busy roundabouts in precisely the same way many times - it can be quite exciting.
