Pairing tracker with iPhone 5

Has anyone been able to pair their tracker with an iPhone 5? Used to work fine with my Blackberry but now Eurowatch are having difficulty syncing it.

The phone is paired with the Bluetooth without issue.

No probs with 2 iphone 5's on my V12V.

It does take quite some time though. When I last called eurowatch to do it, it took around 5 mins for the tracker to wake up and pair to my phone.
