Louder exhaust after trip

I don't think it's me as others have commented that my exhaust is a lot louder now after my long driving holiday.
This sounds daft but its had a proper clear out.
It feels more responsive too.

Don't know if it's in the mind or not, but my DB9 benefits in the same way whenever I've driven it back to SW France from UK. A good long drive at sustained high speed over several hours seems to do good things to Astons. They love it, it's what they're for.
