Modding Your V12V
Discussion
Going to tread carefully here, but what, if any, mods would you/have you made to your V12V (or V8V) and if you have made them, have you thought them worthwhile after living with them for a while?
Would be interested to know everything people have done from replacements inserts (think carbon fiber bits) to uprated replacement speakers, to part/full system exhausts and engine modifications etc.

Mine's a V8V, but here's a list of some of the mods I have made so far:
- RSC high flow air filters
- Sport Pack 5-Spoke lightweight wheels
- Continental Extreme Contact DW tires
- 23mm rear wheel spacers
- Porterfield R4-S brake pads
- Revised shifter mechanism to improve 1-2 shift
- 6-bar shiny grille
- DBS clear taillights
- N420 CF rear diffuser
- N420 side sills
- N420 perforated exhaust tips
- CF radiator cover
- Dension iPod Integration
- Bluetooth
- Cruise Control
- Wi-Fi OBD2 diagnostic adapter
- Custom map lights housing with integrated Valentine-1 radar locator
- Center console-mounted Valentine-1 concealed display
- Valentine-1 remote sounder and Savvy modules
- LED interior lighting
- Piano black waterfall facia
- Diamond Quilted Navy Blue Alcantara door cards and center console armrest
- Navy Blue Alcantara center console, armrests and steering wheel crash pad
- Navy Blue and Black Alcantara steering wheel rim
- Vinyl wrap stripe

My starting point was already OK - a carbon black edition V12V - but about 6 months after taking ownership, I installed 100 cell racing cats, RSC air filters and a lighter RSC exhaust box. Result was about 25 more bhp, and a very satisfying raspy sound, continuously bypassing the exhaust valve in the original system. I opted for the middle RSC option. Also had the whole front wrapped in 3M, as well as the mirrors. Absolutely no paint chips to date, after 2-1/2 years.

Cockernee is your man with regards to V12V upgrades as he now has 570bhp on tap with engine mods, exhaust manifold and cat replacements!
Goes like muck of the proverbial shovel and make an awesome sound.
Stim, me old china. Goes like muck of the proverbial shovel and make an awesome sound.
I have upgraded manifolds, 200 cell cats, resonators (to keep the noise sensible) and modified cams from Bamford Rose. I would not part with them
sounds better than standard IMHO, goes better than standard and they are a work of art. I also upgraded to glass switches from the standard plastic tat. I like those too
