Help pls

[good grief]

Just driven down to IOW,thought side widow wasn't shutting quite tight( V8VR btw ) pulled up at house, car won't lock drivers side, plus to make matters worse light at the bottom of the door (puddle light) stays on.
I've tried window reset to no avail, and now worrying about battery going flat overnight. The trickle charger s 150 miles away!!
Any ideas? Ta

Does the vantage have an isolation button in the boot that will turn all the power off?

disconnect the battery overnight, to stop it going flat.

Can't be of much help, other than to guess that it doesn't think the door is shut (properly).
Check the catch mechanism.

Pop the light out of the door, and remove the bulb

Thanks all, how does one remove the cover? Is it door card jobbie?

Update. Just been and had a gander, light now gone off, so pub here we come....... Tomorrows another day.

Maybe the battery is already flat!

Check the handbook, as I belive the interior lights automaticaly switch off after 4mins after the ignition has been turned off.
