Not the best time of the day for photos, and the car hasnt been washed for months, but they still look nice.

They are HRE P40SC wheels in gloss charcoal.

The tyre guys who fitted them said they were shocked by how light they were.

Very nice ,suits the car.
Look similar to those that Vanky Panky has on his Vanquish.
I suppose you bought them from our Polish friend on eBay. smile

Top job Scot. The HRE wheels are the only ones I would replace my Sport Pack wheels for. Bet they were pricy, but they look awesome. Congrats.

Thanks for the positive response guys.

Got them from Gerry at" Custom wheels for less."

Tyre size is 305/25/20. Yep 20 inch wheels with thinner profile.
Just went with tyre size recommendation from Gerry. Ride didnt seem harsher on my was back yesterday but we shall see.

Very nice.

The colour goes very well with the colour of the car.

Only driven once since having them fitted. Thus not in the position to give true opinion
on ride. Also the tyre guys had filled all tyres to 38 psi thus spoiled the ride home. Ive adjusted it back to 33 and 36.

I will be brutally honest. When I first saw them fitted on my car I was not 100% blown away and started thinking about all the money I had spent. Also given wheels are custom made and took 2 months to actual delivery, that early enthusiasm I had for new wheels had all but gone.

But luckily since having the car back home and seeing it in different lights, angles, etc, I really like them and they are definitely growing on me.
As people have mentioned in the past, it is very difficult to find the right aftermarket wheels that dont spoil the look of the car as aston's dont really suit vulgar, loud type wheels.

Luckily, the wife hasnt noticed them, thus hopefully she will never find out how much they cost wink

Really like these, probably the only after market wheel I would consider.

It's obviously an optical illusion but the offset on the rears doesn't look the same in those pics.

Looks great!
Probably get it lowered a tad though as it looks a little tall on the bigger rims.

Yeah steve I did notice the gap between the wheel and wheel arch looked a bit bigger.

How simple/ expensive would it be to get car lowered?

20mm front and rear lowering springs, HnR very good quality £400 delivered.
Worth getting a garage who knows what they're doing to fit them and do a geometry set up though.

I dont really know why, i guess lower profile tyres, but the arch gaps look much larger than standard now, particularly at the rear, maybe the photos dont flatter. I dont mind the actual rim design though, luckily for my bank balance, i really like the standard wheel.

Yes I really like the wheels, they go well with the car. Wheel centres: Hummmmmmm! What are they?

take a peak at this thread. it shows HnR lowering springs before and after on standard 19" wheelies, and below it the same wheels on a V12V with same HnR lowering springs to hide the gap....
