Pearl our Vantage S was due to be displayed on a stand at Shelsey Walsh on August 17th and 18th. On those days there will be a championship hill climb event together with an Aston Martin Centenary Celebration. On the stand there will be the oldest AM together with a DBR9 race car , the 2011 LMP plus others. Due to unforseen circumstances Pearl will be unable to attend. I know that it is short notice but they need a car to join the others. It does not matter which model it is , the main requirement be that it is the latest model variant. The weekend promises to be a great event . Is there anyone out there who will oblige? If so please e.mail mark@mac1901.co.uk.
It gets worse, Mark Constanduros the Commercial Manager for Shelsey needs to know today!! the 8th
Hope to see some of you there on the day, should be great

Michael, you are so wrong. (which is unusual) I will admit that due to a multitude of initial problems with Pearl that I was loaned a 991, 911 Carrera S. The car is sensational! The performance and handling are in a different league to our AM's. It would in my opinion eat a V12 Vantage for Breakfast. It is actually faster than the current 911 Turbo!
There was a problem in fact quite a few. It is no Aston Martin! It simply did not stir my emotions the same as Astons do. As a result I returned it for the simple reason that I am an Aston Martin man!! No Porsche will ever get close. I read somewhere that it is not about how fast your car will go, more about how good you feel going fast in your car.
Pearl is now in good health, in fact getting better with every passing day!!!!!

Favouring going down Saturday as well so might see you there
I'm going Sunday now, not sure if you can do either day but it was my intention to meet up with Molly/Rob to say hello. It would be good to see you as I have a couple of questions for yours and Molly's collective wisdom (sorry Rob,
