Sales Contact @ Stratstones Wilmslow
Discussion
Phil was a good guy, I heard he left. Good rumblings about Samantha.
The other bloke wasted my time, weird behavior of a sales guy to be so indifferent when you turn up in a V8V to buy another AM. His loss because he didn't get to sell us the DB9.
Service dept are superb. Well happy with all of them, (Keith and Nick).

Sam always seems to get glowing reviews on here but whilst I've met her, I haven't dealt with her
I've bought 2 cars through Martin at Wilmslow and always found him to be excellent
In service, Keith is very good and Matthew Percival is also great - very enthusiastic and happy to put up with long pedantic lists of things that need looking at

disagree on the service side though

Whats the alternative with an AM warranty?
They helped me get Gaydon involved to get a better resolution than they could offer and have owned up when they dropped the ball. After 4 visits to Wilmslow with both my cars over 3 years I saw none of that. Infact I actually had two lots of damage by them they did refused to own up to and did nothing about and an undriveable car twice.
I understand some of the staff have changed now, that may have improved things but to me the culture was/is wrong so I for one will not be returning.
There are plenty of other AM dealers out there that are more than happy to help with warranty work

I know you've had problems there mike and yet I've had the opposite, with Wilmslow finding & resolving issues under warranty (for instance when in for service) that I never knew or asked about - whether that's down to individuals, chemistry, luck of the draw - I'm just not sure
Who knows Like I say they may have changed
Now I've moved further south JCT is a 5 hour round trip

So I need to start looking around again

Busted!!
Bins, I'm not man enough for the "Big Boys" car yet, so thinking about an "S" as a step in the right direction

Don't need it.
Can't afford it.
Won't drive it enough.
Haven' even got anywhere to park it at the mo.
Doesn't seem to stop me asking the inevitable "cost to change" question...
