Nice! A bit BMWish but nice very nice
a bit mv4 ish like my 320d alright from a distance but on closer inspection a fantastic looking wheel, btw that seller on ebay was true to his word and first class delivery. would recommend without hesitation. Edited by eoinbenjimancox on Saturday 10th August 15:31
hi folks, thanks for all the nice comments!
first off thanks yeti for all your helpful advice. car is NOT lowered and tbh i dont think I will be even though i have put an order into H&R and i was intending to buy the v12 sills as well, which i might still do .
. i bought the car secondhand so i dont know about the suspension but knowing the prev owner he wouldnt have touched it.
dbs gearknob has really changed the interior of the car and is a massive upgrade to the original bland one. extremely easy to fit and with the helpful advice from members such as yeti youll have no prob in doing it. if your in my neighborhood id gladly fit it for you .

Assume they are the standard front and rear wheels for a DBS?
What tyre sizes are you using?
i presume they are the standard dbs wheels , have really improved the ride and handlingWhat tyre sizes are you using?
tyres are pirelli , measurements are as follows, back:295/30 zr 20. front:245/35 zr 20.
i think they fit the car perfect. they are quite wide at the back but it adds a great look to it imho!

Looks great Eoin... You upgraded the rear lights also, cant remember them been there when it was up for sale recently on carzone, same one !
Not many KY silver vantages around... Only the 2nd in this colour I know off in the south. Tis shocking but lovely.. Was planning on the N400 sills/ lights / clutch upgrade but then I test drove the vantage s... Bad idea.

So do the wheels stick out on the back? Or are they a perfect fit?
Could you lower the car with no issues.
From memory, the difference in offset with DBS wheels is an increase in apparent width of 27mm at the rear and 10mm at the front. So they fill the arches!! Could you lower the car with no issues.
The 27mm sounds like a lot, and it is... But once you've done it, you realise all the normal wheels look like they're set inwards!
Yes you can lower the car at least 15mm as I have, no issues anywhere with fouling the bodywork, suspension or anything else. And I have cornered hard

very true yeti and i had every intention to do so but i really think they look great and if its not broken ........The 27mm sounds like a lot, and it is... But once you've done it, you realise all the normal wheels look like they're set inwards!
