I'm pretty sure there was a thread on this recently but I can't find it..

My V12V is due its 3rd year service shortly so thoughts turn to warranty items.. The only thing I'm not happy about is the corrosion on the fastenings for the ceramic discs.
Has anybody had these replaced under warranty?

Thanks.

You are correct Rich, someone did have a thread on here about warranty replacement and if they are corroded, then I can see no issue with them being replaced, how are you anyway biggrin

Not covered....I asked....in fact the warrenty doesn't cover very much at all.....not even the glue that holds your screen in place...although Aston have been very good about replacing mine....

That's because it's a seal and not glue. biggrin. …kidding! Don't hurt me!

There was a thread. Im sure it is a warranty item. My V12V is approaching 4 years (Nov) and does not have any corrosion of the wheel nuts if that helps. It is kept indoor in a de-humidified garage so maybe that is the reason.

Should have said that my car is not yet 3 years old, so its still under the factory warranty..

Interesting to hear that some folks have no corrosion at all. Think I'll contact the dealer this morning to discuss...

Hi John, I'm good thanks... things are sorting themselves out wink
