What would you choose DBS as done 5000 miles V12V has done 1600 miles.

Both are lightening silver and both look stunning

Totally stumped ??????

I love Tonys DBS in lightning silver, but for me, I'd have a v12v every time.

I'm just in the process of looking to change from my V8V. For me it will have to be the DBS (or possibly DB9.2) but thats because I have 2 small boys who fight over who gets to go in the V8. Although the back seats are not great It'll work for me for the next few years and I'll get to use it more. Otherwise I have to say I wouldn't change the V8V which I think is great. If I were to change without the kids to consider it would have to be the V12V that I'd go for.

With the V12VS now out, the V12V is still a current design. It offers more room with the hatch in the back and unless the DBS is manual, the V12V offers a greater driver experience.

I have a manual DBS and find myself agreeing with Eric's.

Have been on some great outings in Wales and those Vantages really do go round bends extremely well.

DBS is an epic car but if you enjoy spirited driving its a no brainer - V12 V every day.

Do you play football? Are you a pipe and slippers man but feel your a bit too young to pull it off? If so a DBS
Do you like driving? Are the corners more important that the bits between? If so its a V12V

Having had both, and just having moved from a DBS to a new V12V, the V12V is the more involving drive.

The DBS is a lovely car but not quite as much fun to drive.

What do you intend to use the car for?

I have a V12V, but I think the DBS is a prettier car. I have driven both and the DBS is more a GT cruiser with the suspension set-up and length, whereas the slightly shorter Vantage changes direction better and the V12V has a firmer set-up for those spirited drives.

I like corners, so a V12V yes

Nice dilemma that surely ends in owning a V12V ? Hot rod power in a tiny car and they look fantastic.

I'd have the DBS but ONLY because I have a young daughter and the rear seating would get used. I think the v12v is the looker for me though, it's gait and posture has a ruthlessly elegant aggression which I love.

I drove the V12VS yesterday at Silverstone. Will I be chopping in my manual DBS? nono

If I spent most of my time on track days then the answer would be yes but I don't. And even then I would buy something that weighs less than 1.5 tons.

I spend most of my time on UK roads and doing the hoons with the guys from here. In the real world there is no differnce.

The main difference is mine is stunningly good looking, IMHO of course.

If Mrs Toms fancied a V12VS that would of course be lovely thumbup

I beg to differ [IMHO of course smile]

The Vantage shape / proportion is absolutely perfect.

The answer will come down to whether you want a cruiser or something a bit more raw !!!!!

Thanks for all the comments guess by not needing any rear seats the V12V looks like being the answer.

The v12 v is a fraction sharper to drive, but if you really are hustling it the dbs has more progressive handling ,it's a bit friendlier due to the longer wheelbase, but on public roads at normal speeds they do feel incredibly similar to drive, the controls ..brakes,steering gearchange are pretty much identical.

Obviously the dbs is the better looking car though wink
