DBS - 2+0 to 2+2
Discussion
There's always plenty to moan about so I wanted to post something positive. I swapped my DB9 (04) for a DBS (09) recently with McGurk Performance Cars and after 4 years with the 9, I was blown away with the S.
The problem was the lack of back seats - John McGurk had the solution without finding a later factory 2+2; put in some rear seats. Simple.
It took a while for Aston to digest and send the parts, but once they did the McG team flew into action to make sure I had the car back to enjoy what's left of the sunny days. After a few early niggles with parts arriving not as ordered the whole thing was done and dusted and, to be honest I'm blown away.
It is great to put something really valuable into the safe hands of people who care passionately about the cars. Now I have a spangly DBS 2+2 and the kids love it - can't wait for the school run!!!!
